Stellenbeschreibung

• Responsible to oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing IFRS and ensure high quality
• Identify inconsistencies in bookkeeping and resolve them promptly
• Improve the accounting processes and drive standardization and digitalization
• Manage, inspire and develop a team of 12 members and ensure proper hiring, staffing and onboarding
• Contact person for other internal stakeholders

Profil

• Academic degree in finance or similar
• Several years of experience in an auditing firm or in the accounting department
• Good accounting knowledge according to IFRS
• Proven leadership experience
• fluent English required and good communication skills
